Ecolab to acquire coolit systems

We are incredibly excited to share that CoolIT has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Ecolab, a global leader in water management. This is a major milestone for our team, our customers, and the role liquid cooling will play in the future of AI infrastructure. The deal marks an important step to further expand our cooling products and services for next-generation AI data centers. By combining CoolIT’s thermal engineering expertise and design excellence with Ecolab’s global scale, fluid innovation and asset monitoring capabilities, we are strengthening high-performance, efficient and reliable cooling for AI data centers.
