Learning & Development

    • Individual L&D Budget
      Each full-time employee is allocated an annual training budget based on role, department needs, and development goals. This budget can be used for internal or external training, and CoolIT may also apply for government funding (e.g., Canada-Alberta Job Grant) on behalf of employees.
    • Continuous Learning & Career Growth
      Employees have access to a wide range of learning formats including workshops, eLearning, coaching, and mentorship. The L&D team collaborates with managers to align training with business goals and individual development plans.
