CoolIT coldplates utilize Split-Flow™ technology, CoolIT’s patented micro-channel architecture. In addition to up to 30% better coolant flow and heat capture versus standard coldplates, the Split-Flow design directs coolant to a chip’s hotspot to ensure uniform cooling.
