Paul O’Connor

Paul is an experienced supply chain leader with more than 20 years experience across industrial technology, aerospace, defense, and telecommunications.  He has a strong track record of building global sourcing strategies and leading high‑performing teams.  Paul spent the past 13 years with Danaher and Fortive in progressive roles, most recently serving as Vice President of Global Procurement at Fluke.  Prior to that he held senior positions including Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing, driving supplier strategy, cost performance, and operational resiliency.  Paul began his career in supply chain and operations roles in telecom and aerospace/defense, developing a rigorous foundation in quality‑focused, complex environments.  He is known for elevating procurement organizations and delivering sustainable business impact.
