Kamal Mostafavi

Kamal is the an engineering executive with over a decade of experience leading innovation in data center cooling and advanced thermal management. He defines technology strategy and leads multidisciplinary teams to develop high-performance liquid cooling solutions for next-generation AI and high-density computing platforms.

He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering. Kamal leads a cross-functional engineering team supporting feasibility studies, R&D, design, analysis and simulation, verification and validation, system deployment, and production support across all product lines. He is responsible for developing and maintaining the strategic direction for technology and lifecycle product development across all platforms.

Kamal brings a broad and in-depth range of experience to his role, including his time as a Research Assistant at Western University and several years as a Technical Manager in the medical industry. He also has extensive experience as an instructor of engineering software, having taught at multiple universities across Canada.
