Is it possible to upgrade the pump, tubing and block on the Domino? Has anyone tried this?

I am sorry to tell you but since the unit has to be manufactured at the factory level there is no way to modify the unit with out ruining the unit. I can tell you that the pump is the best pump out there for the radiator based cooling solution and for the price point the water block is on par with every water block on the market.

I ask because the pump has failed, and I no longer have a warranty on it. So I figured, why not play with it, see if I can make it perform better. Especially since I am getting ready to upgrade to an i7 cpu.

Can you let us know when you bought the Domino A.L.C. You mention that you no longer have warranty on the unit, but as long as you have not physically altered or damaged the unit yourself, the Domino is still likely under warranty. With the launch of the Domino A.L.C. we introduced a new warranty length and that product is warranted for 2 years.

Please send us an email at technical_support@coolitsystems.com with a copy of your invoice from when you bought the Domino Attached and we will go from there.
